- Production Time: As a result of heightened demands, the production lead times can fluctuate. After receiving payment, your custom caps will be readied for shipment; however, please note that the actual production duration may be subject to change based on the current demand.

Step 1: Provide Print-Ready Artwork
The first step to ordering any customized product is to provide us with print-ready artwork. If you don't have print-ready artwork, don't worry! -
Step 2: Digital Mock-Up
Our team of expert graphic designers will assist you in generating a high-quality digital mock-up. This way, you can see exactly what your customized gear will look like with your design. Please note that the digital mock-up process takes between 24-72 hours, depending on the complexity of your design. Once you're satisfied with the mock-up, we'll create the print-ready artwork files needed to begin production. -
Step 3: Mock-Up Fees
There is a small one-time digital mock-up fee. The fee is $30 for patches and headwear, and $50 for other items like apparel.
